2.1 All products displayed on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw any product at any time without prior notice.

2.2 Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We make every effort to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that product visuals perfectly reflect the physical item.

2.3 In the event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

3.1 To place an order, add your selected items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your contact details, shipping address, and payment information.

3.2 Before confirming your order, you will have the opportunity to review and correct your details. By clicking "Confirm Order", you submit a binding purchase offer to Plumea.

3.3 You will receive an order confirmation email upon submission. This confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4.1 All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for orders within the European Union. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect confirmed orders.

4.2 For orders shipped outside the EU, local import duties, customs fees, and taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for further details.

4.3 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment confirmation. Free shipping is applied automatically on orders of €99 or more.

6.2 Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

7.1 If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

7.2 To exercise this right, please contact us at plumeastore@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for full conditions.

7.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to jewelry and hair accessories (excluded for hygiene reasons), sale items, or gift cards.

8.1 All products sold by Plumea benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity. If you receive a defective or non-conforming item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at plumeastore@gmail.com with your order number and photos.

8.2 In such cases, Plumea will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

9.1 Plumea's liability is limited to the value of the order placed. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use products purchased on the Site.

9.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10.1 All content on the Site, including images, text, logos, and design, is the exclusive property of Plumea and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11.1 These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at plumeastore@gmail.com to resolve the matter amicably.

11.2 If you are an EU consumer, you also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
