Order Processing
1.1 All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
1.2 Orders placed during sale periods or promotional events may require additional processing time.
1.3 Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please ensure your delivery details are correct before confirming your order.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
2.1 Plumea ships worldwide. Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary depending on your location and carrier.

2.2 Delivery times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Plumea is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or events outside our reasonable control.
3. Carriers
3.1 We work with several carriers to ensure the best delivery experience for your location. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email. Carriers may include but are not limited to:
- Colissimo / La Poste (France and Europe)
- DHL, UPS, or FedEx (international orders)
3.2 Plumea reserves the right to select the most appropriate carrier based on your destination and order size.
4. Tracking Your Order
4.1 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel directly on the carrier's website or via our tracking page.
4.2 Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to become active.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
5.1 For orders shipped outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping fee.
5.2 Plumea has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what fees may apply. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
5.3 If an order is refused at customs and returned to us, the original shipping fee will not be refunded. A refund for the product value only will be issued once the parcel is received.
6. Failed Delivery & Unclaimed Parcels
6.1 If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for collection or redelivery. Please follow those instructions promptly.
6.2 Parcels that are unclaimed and returned to us will be refunded for the product value only, minus any return shipping costs incurred. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
7.1 Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us immediately at plumeastore@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
7.2 If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbours and your local post office. If the issue persists, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
7.3 Plumea is not responsible for parcels lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
