Refund policy

1. Return Window

1.1 You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

1.2 For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.

1.3 Plumea reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not comply with this policy.

2. Return Conditions

2.1 To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions at the time of receipt by Plumea:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • All original tags attached
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or order confirmation email)

2.2 Items that do not meet the above conditions upon return will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.

3. Non-Returnable Items

3.1 The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Jewelry and hair accessories — excluded for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items — all items purchased in sale or marked down are final sale
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

4.1 To begin a return, contact us at plumeastore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

4.2 Once your return request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address and detailed shipping instructions.

4.3 When preparing your parcel:

  • Write your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel and on any shipping documents
  • Use the return address provided in your confirmation email
  • Ship the parcel within 7 days of receiving your return confirmation

5. Shipping & Carrier

5.1 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 6).

5.2 Please use a shipping method that includes a tracking number and insurance coverage. Plumea cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed return parcels.

5.3 We recommend using a reliable carrier such as DHL, UPS, FedEx, or your national postal service with tracking.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

6.1 Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at plumeastore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

6.2 In cases of damage, defect, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be covered by Plumea and a full refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion.

7. Exchanges

7.1 Plumea does not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different size or item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order once your return has been approved.

8. Refunds

8.1 Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

8.2 If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.

8.3 If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at plumeastore@gmail.com.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
